USCAL is not a covering agency nor are we creating a national hierarchy for the purpose of self-promotion. Rather, we build relationally in a family environment where leaders can come together and learn from another while washing each other's feet in mutual love and respect.

Membership FAQ’s

  • To become a member of USCAL, one must receive a recommendation from an existing member. fill out the application with a recommendation from an existing member.

  • Regardless of title, a person who displays apostolic grace as described above in the Qualities of an Apostolic Leader, may be considered for membership.

  • Non-members may attend Regional Roundtables at the invitation of an existing member one time. After that, they must become a member of USCAL to continue participating.

  • If a leader functions within the scope of the five-fold equipping gifts described in Ephesians 4:11, they may apply for USCAL membership if they are nominated by the apostolic leader with whom they serve, and that apostolic leader is a member in good standing of USCAL.

  • Membership of USCAL automatically makes one a member of ICAL.

  • Yearly Membership Dues are $450 a year and $650 for couples, paid annually to ICAL in Dallas, Texas.
